Six Flags New Jersey Attempt.

We were supposed to get up at the crack of dawn, and i ended up sleeping til noon. We thought that there were only two bus times to Six Flags, that would have left us stranded there for 12 hours. Too much fun = no bueno. However we were mistaken! Get ready for Six Flags New Jersey attempt 2.0 next weekend!

Funnest BK Weekend Ever.

I had so much fun this weekend! I was out until almost 5 everynight this weekend! Luis Felipe rolled through town, so we decided to take him to the Royal Oak for some fun times and merriment. I also decided the time was right to do my hair up really big and wear a ton of make up. Sometimes thats how i roll. Did you know Luis Felipe is such a cool guy he has to wear his shades CONSTANTLY? The moonlight could damage his cool guy eye pieces.

This was definitely a sun glasses at night situation.

G Train stands for Great looking ladies train...what...thats kind of a stretch but whatever moving on!...Hit up the first sushi place that came up when i googled "cool sushi place williamsburg brooklyn" and here you have it!



that was a pretty cool sushi place! google never fails me! Then we hit up the Royal Oak, b/c they don't have a cover charge and i felt confident that Luis could sneak in his Vodka. (This was actually a major deciding factor)

Decided that we probably needed to hit up the taxi home due to the tipsy nature of the evenings events. DRUNKEN TAXI RIDE!



Made it home in one piece, and luis grabbed up his suit cases and went straight to the airport! Im endlessly impressed w/ his brazilian partying style. Now i gotta rest up for his next visit! That took it outta me!

(p.s. woke up w/ a case of the Lindasy Lohan voice... no bueno!!)

Close call...

I had been srsly neglecting my rooftop plants for a few days last week, and by the time i finally made my way up there, much to my dismay this is what i found...SADDEST BASIL EVER!


not sure if you can tell how shriveled up my basil is looking, but i swung into action asap! i got everything all watered and back to health. Sometimes shit isn't pretty! Everything is back in shape now and i also stepped up my game by adding an eggplant and cucumber plants, plus two additional basils. Im on a hot roll w/ butter! Check out the ever expanding tomato plant.

Can't wait til harvest time! im going to dress like a pilgrim when i pick my veggies. P.S. i would have been sort of DEVASTATED if my basil had died. I take this shit srsly. WHEW!

Broken Digi is Effin up my S!!!

So i broke my digi at the beach a few weekends ago, so no new pics?! Im going to be picking up a new camera this week as to be prepared for:

Roof Top Garden Attempt

So im trying to go green in 08 and back in touch w/ my country roots. so i decided to start up a little roof top garden situation. So far so good in that department, the little beauties seem to be thriving so far...


so far im growing sweet basil, zucchini, squash, and tomatoes. I have some more pics i'll throw up when i get home later. can't wait for harvest time, i see a lot of salsa in my future.

Thursday Night BBQ Sesh!

So Vinny and I were left to our own devices for dinner and some how ended up w/a couple of lbs. of meat for dinner.

Heat Waves!!

Beans isn't taking too well to the heat wave. she pretty much just lays around the apartment like its an opium den. when i finally put her the AC room, she sprawls out like a junkie! so cute!!!

Friday Night Jamz

hung out w/ some dudes friday night and did some damage! first i hit up an art opening at repop w/ j-zap and feasted on complimentary snackz and beerz where joan obviously let his hair down *see picture above*






then we drank some 40z on the roof piece.






then we hit up some crazy party in bushwick just as it was getting shut down. WTF?!


feeling pretty toasty!!


then went to another bar! OMG i felt crazy in the AM like some one punched me in the face. too much cheap beer makes excedrin mui necessario. got home very late and took this drunk picture which i actually captures my essence. hmmm.

Beach Timez

Went to the beach on sunday w/ la pequena. we took the LIRR out to Long beach and got thoroughly sizzled. we had to sneak in a couple of coors lights to take the edge off the heat! saw some rad long island people looking VERY tan and VERY gelled (Gotti style!!) all was uneventful i read the paper magazine article about pharrell willaims and his penchant for "man bags". i also got incredibly sunburned and have been feeling the consequences all week since.

we had to drink our beers on the down low so the broke down "bay watch" dudes wouldn't bust us up! here was my attempt at keeping my drink on the down low.

there were some dudes who snuck in some pbrs on a blanket by us. they kept making knowing looks at us b/c i think we were the only people ghetto enough to sneak in cheap beers at noon on a sunday. bad beer kindred spirits.


i also got sand in my digi and its broken now. it literally never occurred to me not to stick my camera in the sand. huh.
